SmartPay helps schools collect and track fees digitally. Parents can pay, the school gets confirmation, receipts stay organised, and debtors records update. Transaction or service charges apply on successful payments.

Your plan price covers the features and student limit listed. SmartPay may attract transaction or service charges. SMS/WhatsApp messaging may attract usage charges. Custom features outside your plan may attract additional charges. We explain these clearly before activation.

SchoolNotion is cloud-based, so data/internet is needed for login, syncing, parent access, SmartPay, notifications, and online result checking. Some records can be prepared offline in Excel and uploaded later where supported. Full offline clock-in with later syncing may be treated as a custom requirement.
